Shipping Policy: We ship UPS to continental U.S Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico require additional shipping charges. Please call for shipping quote. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box, APO or FPO addresses, therefore, we must have a street address for delivery. WE SHIP UPS. No C.O.D orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. WV residents add 6% state tax.

Free Shipping requirements and specifications:

• No Free Shipping On Air Orders 
• Free Shipping Does Not Apply To Frames & Motors or Tranny Oil Driveline Kits ect

 Terms: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or (C.O.D.) Money Order or Cashiers Check only. 

NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

C.O.D. FEE Of $9.50 PER PACKAGE.

UPS ( United Parcel Service) NO LONGER WILL EXCEPT ANY CASH FOR C.O.D SHIPMENTS. 

BACKORDERS: We do not ship Backorders, all backorders are cancelled, please reorder products not shipped. 

Prices: All Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be given when order is placed. 

Returns: When calling in for a return authorization you must have your invoice number on hand, this number is located on the top right corner of your invoice. All returns must be phoned in and have a return authorization number and the number must be placed on the outside of the box, any boxes with no authorization number on the outside of it will be returned to the shipper. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. A copy of your invoice, and an explanation of a problem must accompany return, and when received we will process your return promptly. Claims on defects and damage must be made immediately upon receipt of package. Damage claim must be filed with carrier. NO C.O.D. RETURNS ACCEPTED. ALL UNWANTED OR MISORDERED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Returned shipments due to insufficient funds, not available for delivery, or refused delivery will automatically be removed from our mailing list until shipping charges have been paid. Credit cards will be credited for the amount of the items only, shipping charges will not be credited. All returns must be shipped ground service, we will not be liable for the expense of any air shipments. 

Notice: Due to many Custom Bike Shops and Customers Building and customizing their own motorcycles, The Builder is Responsible for customer safety and improper parts installation. Improper installation is NOT covered under warranty. 

INSTALLATION OF YOUR OWN PARTS: The parts on this website must be installed according to the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) service manual. We recommend you hire a well trained qualified mechanic to install all functional parts and accessories for proper fit and function. Cycle Supply (C.C.S. Inc.) assumes no responsibility for damages or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any parts in any way by any person. 

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND LIABILITY: Cycle Supply (C.C.S Inc) makes NO warranty with regard to products sold by us,  expressed or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer's warranties will apply where possible. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and Cycle Supply (C.C.S Inc) accepts no liability for such damages. Cycle Supply (C.C.S Inc) shall not be liable for consequential or any other damages.
