We normally ship to the Continental U.S. ONLY.    Orders over $100.00 will be shipped free, orders totaling $0.00 to $99.99 will be charged $8.00 shipping and orders $100.00 or more will be shipped FREE.

Orders shipped U.P.S. Ground must provide a physical address.    U.P.S. DOES NOT delivery to Post Office box,  APO or FPO addresses.

All orders must be paid by C.O.D. (money order or certified check on delivery),
money order (mailed in advance) or credit card   (Visa, Mastercard or Discover).   
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
U.P.S. will no longer accept cash for C.O.D. deliveries.    Add $9.50 for any C.O.D. orders.

We do not ship back orders, all back orders are cancelled

When calling for a return authorization you MUST have your invoice number on hand, this number is located on the top right corner of your pink invoice. All returns must be phoned in and have a return authorization number visable on the outside of the box.     Any box returned without an authorization number will be returned to the shipper.    NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS!
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS! ELECTRICAL ITEMS WILL BE COVERED DIRECTLY BY THE MANUFACTURE WARRANTY!
Returns must be unused and in original packing.
A copy of your invoice and a note explaining the problem
must accompany the return.    Returns will be processed promptly.
Claims, defects & damages must be made immediately upon receipt of the package.
Damage claims must be filed with the U.P.S. carrier.
Custom is responsible for shipping the items back to Cycle Supply.
All unwanted or misordered items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned or refused shipments will automatically be removed from our
mailing & ordering list until all charges are paid in full.
All credit cards will be credited for the amount of the item only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All returned items must be shipped U.P.S. Ground.
We will not be liable for the expense of any air shipments.
